Homemade Bagels

While making the 10 dozen soft pretzels on Super Bowl Sunday, I figured why not make some bagels while I’m at it!

I started by making, cutting, and shaping the dough and letting it raise.

Then, after poking holes in the centers, and par boiling them, I chose to put poppy seeds on some before baking them off.

They were some of  the most delicious bagels I’ve ever had!
