Simple. Elegant. Delicious.
This 5 tier wedding cake was created based on a photo the bride sent me. 3 tiers of vanilla buttercream-filled vanilla cake for the bride and 2 tiers of raspberry-filled lemon cake for the groom. Each tier was coated in vanilla buttercream and covered in white fondant. The fondant alone weighed over 17 pounds!! This cake took a few days to make… especially since we lost 8 hours of power-smack dab in the middle of the project-due to a storm!
